It is not the University's place to censure their professor unless he does something that violates his contract with Berkley.

Those law students who obtain their degrees from Berkley while Yoo was teaching will probably face great challenges in gaining work in the field. I don't know any law firm which would want someone who might have learned about subverting law as opposed to upholding it.
