the only thing that isn't allowed on public access is obscenity and dangerous speech. indecency is totally allowed, but only in safe harbor hours (10pm-6am). them not allowing it is blocking freedom of speech, given that it is a PUBLIC ACCESS channel. which makes it unconstitutional. there's all types of stuff on public access, such as racial discrimination groups, athius viewpoints... the list goes on. I don't think the funeral of GG is going to harm anyone.
