okay, so got a new monitor, i worked out the majority of a group of bright green pixels.... i am now stuck with a tiny one pixel that is black, i am having a very hard time coming to the conclusion that it is dead, as on a red background, the pixel is filled, and when pressure is on the screen, the pixel turns green and when pressure is removed it returns to black, what is this? any help would be great, thank you!
THIS WORKS 100%!!! I tried it on full screen for a single hot pixel (always lit) on a hd laptop screen at medium brightness. My hot pixel disappeared after a blue flash about 5 seconds into the video! If it doesn't work for you first time try it again and again and again. There's a reason it's five minutes long, it can take some time. It should work eventually, just be patient. Thanks SO much to the uploader for this video!
@deafimplant go to google, search "ant downloader" select the first link select your browser and download it then go to this page and play the video and then press download at the top.
This fixed a dead pixel on my new digital camera. I couldnt get it to convert to the proper format.. so I took a video of your video, and No more green dot on the LCD :)

I still have a red dot on my new screen... :/ ewww.... i also have the jscreen test. Nothing is helping.

I repared my Iphone4 screen with this video in 2 weeks... Otherwise, I had to pay 250$ for a new one....

My dead pixels seem to have a reaction that if I scratch the sides it slowly dissapears. remember to add pressure on the dead pixel just be careful.
