Isn't it funny how the word "weep" in this song has become a command? And more ironic for the fact that it is in a line forbidding you to do exactly that.

One of several Tom Waits songs that could bring sobs every time if I let it. Also on the list are "Kentucky Avenue", "Soldier's Things" and "No One Knows I'm Gone".
