To be fair its a solid enough effort. The vocals are clear and in key, though they lack any unique style or tone.

The playing is again quite good. Sounds quite tight so theres nothing to complain about here.

Now the song. While theres nothing particularly bad about it theres also nothing that would make me describe it as good, I found I was losing interest with cliche lyrics and a melody without any major hooks.

Awesome song, hadn't noticed this version until now, only the acoustic one.

It sounds a little tears don't fall just cause the (power)chords being played are similar (check the acoustic version to see it better) , but they're not exactly uncommon chords. :P

Pretty sure you guys play most of your stuff in Drop D right? Cause B4MV play almost all their stuff in Drop C.

the distortion part of the guitar sound a bit too high tone. I think you should fiddle around with the distortion guitar to get a thinker and less fuzzier sound ^^

Ya the tone is coming from a small vox practice amp and does have to much fuzz and distortion in the play back , we have since then fixed that problem.

When recording this the audio is picked up via Pro Tools, everything is plugged right in, and for the Video Footage its being picked up by my camcorder via USB. Now either my port isnt 2.0 or my computer cant keep up with like 5 wav files being recorded and a video being recorded, so the video got messed up by the end. I think im gonna have to start recording it without the USB, and then transfer it over for the future.

Been listening to you guys for a while, you've got a ton of talent, dan you're definitely one of the best vocalists i've ever heard. The only problem with your album and some songs in general is dynamics. Alot of the time the vocal dynamics never change, and they are a huge thing in music. Every now and then you want a soft spot followed by a huge explosion to catch attention, sometimes I see it in the instrumentals, but so far none with the vocals, give it a try.
