...I agree that loved ones can really be an external assessment of your help (if you allow them, which I haven't really) I once had a teacher at school who crossed a line with me in trampolining and others but I felt it was ok (not sexual I might add).

One Note: The "Spouse" of the ED Affected Spouse. has to be willing to LEARN about you & your ED AND to LISTEN to what you need to talk about. Without the willingness to learn, there is not much hope.(speaking from personal experience.)
