I agree with you 100%. Family Guy used to kick ass, but now it has turned into some kind of hyper liberal, atheist propaganda! I'm a liberal but Family Guy is just hippish. The most boring episode ever is when Brian broke up with Jillian! Also when I used to be a fan of the show, I would make some fan videos of them, but they got blocked. Which is ironic since Family Guy has done a lot of copyright infringement and gotten away with it! I could go on, but there isn't enough space.

The bird is the word episode was absolutely hilarious in my opinion. But the thing about American Dad (crappy show btw) is true. I don't think Family Guy has gotten worse, or better for that matter, its just the same as always. hmm... I think the old episodes weren't as funny, but didn't resort to sexual humor or swearing as much. Although the newer ones are hit OR miss (not hit AND miss), they resort to being "dirty", however I believe they DO go after problems in the world if you watch closely.  Most of these come from episodes strongly featuring Brian, the "politically correct one", since he's the one who announces problems with modern economy. EX: Weed being illegal, us going to Iran because of 9/11, etc.

American Dad isn't really that good of a show. I'll watch it, but it really isn't that funny. Same thing with the new Family Guy. The old Family Guy never gets old. Even the "Mystery Box" episode (in which I've watch numerous times) will never get old.

So true. The first seasons were good because they actually dealt with family issues and added an original comedic twist. Now it's about random crap, and only a small portion of the episodes are funny. I miss the old Family Guy.
