If you know what you're doing, these devices work. Just finished installing 5 of them today! The trick is to have an extra set of strong hands to help. It's not a one man job. I even rented the "Hilti" hammer driver as seen in the video from Home Depot.
Just wasted on 3 Oz posts, it is not as easy as shown in this video. If there is enough concrete, it will be very difficult to install this (unless you put in lot of labor-charges and effort), otherwise height will not be aligned with other posts.
@obamatran Yeah... way to miss the point of the video. I know nothing about fence building, but learned from what I saw that if he were to dig a whole and do it the same way it had been done, it would rot just like before...
@syknyt & supabribri thats an impact driver hes using, not a drill, its supposed to make that sound. Its like a hammer drill for driving screws quickly and deeply into wood
Great product, thoroughly enjoyed your professionally, well devised system and videos. Hope it catches on and becomes available in major home improvement stores. Thanks!

@fac3308 "Just dig a hole a and pour the cement." You certainly can, but it might not be the best solution watch?v=z_cjZ_B-wH0

way to strip those screws. lol

@supabribri He's not stripping the screws. There's a tension adjustment on nicer drills that makes that noise. I used to think the same thing.
