@deons93 2 hander has more burst, and more RP generation which allows you to use game breaking spells more often, dual wield often leaves you RP starved so if you DO need to use something game breaking you cant, go 2h spec

@CapnredPvP If You have frost and unholy runes you can either spend them on obliterate for dmg or if you have low health on death strike. Your blood runes you spend on blood strike when you have blood runes to turn to death runes. Frost strike is when you have the runic power. If you have killing machine its good to spend it on frost strike.

There is a few things wrong with your comment! First of you dont have Blood Runes as Frost so there is no need to use Blood Strike (Look up Blood of the North on wowhead) Now that leads to the second problem... Blood Strike isnt used at all anymore in the game in any spec! Thirdly if you get Killing Machine procs you use it on Obliterate as it deals more damage regardless of resil and armor. Find a friend with PvP gear and test it just like i did for countless hours!

@EvokeDawn hungering cold used to be insta cast but they changed it to a 1.5 cast time a while back. TBH i've been using hungering cold since they changed it and I really haven't even noticed the change until a week ago...

I found the way to get exactly +195 spell pen, I have the cloak enchant +70, then 2 +50 spell pen gems on my belt and legs, and a vivid dream emerald on my gloves for +20 resil and +25 spell pen. 70+50+50+25 = 195 =)

@Compton2952 HASTE!!! you dont need crit because thats what your talent is for, you get a 100% crit chance on obliterate or frost strike, haste makes your runes regen faster and that means more crit because it procs from your melee skills

I'd recommend you do some BG footage on multiple targets, say 2-3. As frost you can easily handle 2-3 targets nowadays. Its really a CC-Faceroll nukage.

As Frost it reduces magical damage taken by 75%. As Unholy you can spec into Magic Suppression and it will reduce magical damage taken by 100%. On top of that noone can put magical dots on you. So for example Shadow Priest cant stac all their dots on you. This does not count towards things like Rend and other physical bleed effects.
