BES (from Texas) has played a willing part in this scam. Their valuation studies are worthless.

He has permanently lost his license to sell real estate in Colorado because of ongoing violations of law, Corporate Acquisitions Group is rated an "F" by the BBB, and he has many pending civil court ordered stipulations against him because of his fraudulent activities.
