Dude its not even about the gay people its about them having the title of marriage. Thats why " Yes on Prop 8" was upheld and " No on Prop 8 was struck down twice within the past 8 years.

This should have never been left up to the voters! You can't have the "mob" rule against the minority. That leads up to disaster. The Supreme Court called prop 22 unconstitutional. It should have just remained that way.

So just because we are gay, we don't deserve rights? Do you know a gay person beside when you have to see the gay pride parade on the local news. I pay taxes, I volunteer in my community, I help the elderly, help the less fortunate than me, I do my best to improve our environment. I think that I deserve the same rights as my neighbors.
