I'm stationed in the Tokyo, Japan area as a 31C/25C. I work a MARS station while on the job and while off duty I use 2 MSR8000Ds' to work my HF rig. This morning I relocated my antenna to the roof of my barracks, which is almost 200 feet from the ground. Afterward,I sent a few radio checks and immedatley got a response from NX7DX. NX7DX is 4,792 miles, bearing 45 degrees to the northeast. I'm using an AN/GRA-50 antenna cut to 14.250.00Mhz in a half-wave dipole configuration.

Also, I'm only pushing 125 watts until I can find a MSR 1020 amplifier.
