i read bret harts book recently and they what seemed to be good mates before the shit hit the fan . i didnt no they made this im now searching high an low for this dvd . they were in my eyes the 2 best wrestlers to lay on the mat .......
I still haven't seen this dvd, but I think Bret knows that Shawn is a different person now. and Bret himself is a very different person in his own right. These two were like Kobe and Shaq. All the talent in the world...could have done even more together than they already did...but ego's took over.

Its amazing to see them sit together and chat, and if you think about it, these two man had a nice friendship back then too. Of course, it was like a real life heel/face rivalry with Shawn effin up his life back then with drugs and politics.
In a way, I think what made Bret eventually go back and reconcile with the company is because he knew that Vince did what he did because its whats good for his company. He cant take the risk of a major star taking his World Title to the rival company.

the reason this DVD happened imo is that HBK totally redeemed himself as a person in 2002. the greatest comeback of all time, Bret appreciated the fact the man had changed. We all make mistakes

It provides a brief insight into a life that I don't think you get to see even during the best interviews, and shows their real personalities outside the ring.
