If you have a mac there is this thing that comes on Safari that will download almost anything on any site you visit by showing you a breakdown of the entire web page. It's actual mac/apple software, so you don't need to download any third party apps. Under window go to activity, look at the tab for something that's a few MB in size and double click it. Safari will download the video to your downloads folder. Let the entire vid load in HD beforehand, otherwise it'll be partial.
