Well, that's because in the uncensored version, the guys on the conveyor belt wore tight leather pants, had no shirts, and had those BDSM masks. The Japanese fight makes it so they're "cybernetic" (they blink and teleport when they get up with some weird static effect). I think the bones and screams are "leftovers" from the uncensored version.
