You gotta charge the ipod for at least 6 hours (not 4) then put the brightness at the average.

And if you are not using the ipod ,dont turn it off, just press the lock button and disable the wifi while you're not using it. (If you use the wifi at full charge, you will drain the battery in 4 hours)

Dude, it's a LED display which means it is a liquid display. So it's gonna do that if you press it that hard which you have no reason to do because it's called the iPod TOUCH! It's not a button so you don't press down, you touch it.

The screen distortion is caused by a newly designed screen. Instead of having a layer of glass "float" above the screen in previous iPod Touch models, Apple fused the glass with the LCD. They did this so the screen would look even nicer, giving it a "painted on" look. You shouldn't be pressing so hard on the screen. Light taps are all you need to do everything.

The charger is hard to take in and out i because if you drop your iPod witch the charger it won't come of and hit the ground. My iPod does not have the screen problems, its just your. Don't put youtube videos when you don't know what you are talking about. Be sure net time u post a video!!!

That clicking sound sounds like a small spark going off in the ipod. If you have any issues with your ipod's wifi connection that may be your problem.

I checked to see if my ipod did the same things as yours...nope my ipod doesnt make that clicking noise when wi fi is on, and my ipod doesnt have that smudge thing when you push down on the screen. , but about the charger....it kinda does look like the charger isnt it, but it works fine other then that.
