I believe that the sound and the video gets out of sync with some of the compression that happens in Movie Maker and/or YouTube. Here is a video with synchronization problems and a long comment thread with speculation about the causes.
I tried to find a definitive answer about the problem and there is nothing in the YouTube FAQ. :::Knocks on wood::: Since I have not had the problem, I can't really say from personal experience what might cause it.
