the location is just where you took the pictures that you're adding to the album. like if you went to new york and took a buncha pictures, and now you're adding those pictures to an album, you'd put the location as new york.

Hmm.  My facebook profile page shows Wall and Info but does not show a Photos tab. Can you explain how I get a Photos tab?
