He forgot to mention that you can't scroll down on the Internet if you don't have a touch screen which makes this almost useless for me on my 9700 *sigh*
So if I understand correctly, will this allow me to open audio/video files stored on my phone onto the tablet, because that's the big thing missing from BB Bridge Files right now.
Also, I hope the trackpad thing is universal, because I would love to use my phone as a touchpad to control Splashtop Streamer, which is pretty clunky when using the PlayBook's touch screen.
So if i buy Playbook now and later update to 2.0, will the new Blackberry Bridge still be supported for OS6 devices (BB Bold 9700)? I'd really like to control Playbook over my BB9700 through touchpad and keyboard.
And for all those Apple Fanboys who seem to be posting comments on Blackberry videos about how great the iPad is in comparison, can you plug your iPad into your HD TV using a standard HDMI cable or do you have to go out and give Apple another $40 to get a SPECIAL lead that lets you do it?
Get over it. The Blackberry Playbook will be streets ahead of the iPad when this 2.0 release comes out :-)
@Soccerboy1321 Wow, if using an iPad means I lose the ability to construct a proper sentence (let alone two) then I'll pass and stick to my Playbook. Go back to school Soccerboy and lay off the iPad for a little while. Come back and post again after you get your GED. Then maybe one day you'll learn how to use big boy words and you can play with big boy toys.
I'm in love. Opening the link on the PB from the BB is a little like the NFC tap option that HP Touchpad had with their smartphones. Awesomeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
bullshit, I can do this with my iPhone.. I just use my iBridge that connects me to my iPad... Apple was the first one to do this... stop copying Apple!!!!
@Faltzerbeast90 stop .. just stop.. buy Internet Language for dummies on Amazon please... (notice the /s at the end, that means sarcasm. There is no iBridge on iPhone for iPad)
Have to hold down the "alt" button and scroll
