It should be this.....

B, F#, B, D, A, F#, B, D, G, F#, B, D, G

That's the only difference. My old band used to cover this song, and I was on guitars, that and I've slowed down and watched Kirk play it, as well as transposed it and matched it from the song. Hope this helps you out a bit. You did a great job figuring it out though.
