Unfortunately, it wanes so prematurely our attempt at modern life is almost laughable.

I believe our smarts reached its apex in the early 1900's, or even possibly the late 1800's, after that period we became precocious creatures, extending ourselves wrongfully without the knowledge to validate it.

Basically what I'm referring to is the advancement of science and our blithe attempts at utilizing/regulating our discoveries.

We literally fail at life.
