Not at all! I use Adobe Premeire Pro CS4. I'm trying to transition over to Vegas Pro 9, which is just about as good. Adobe crashes my old computer way too much.. CS4 in my opinion is the best you can use on PC, followed by Vegas. If you're a mac user get final cut pro ;)
