@dkbadass The guitar work is killer. The tempo changes rule. The bass playing is fast and right in the pocket and Lars with the groove behind it all. I love Kirk's solo at the beginning of No Remorse. Kill em All will always be one of my favorite records.

You don't know how much Cliff was there in Metallica until you see just how much more of the music is based in the Bass sound, this song for instance has more Bass in it, than current, it seems like Kirk takes part of this song with Jason onward, that he didn't take before.

This is definitely the recording from FC Pforzheim Stadium, Sunday August 30th 1987;there was a festival coverage by Radio SDR 3 Stuttgart that day I can clearly remember and I had the pleasure to see the whole festival the day before in Nuremberg

among 60.000 others, great festival and a good mixture of the music of that era (Pretty Maids,Helloween,Cinderella,Rat­t,Metallica, DIO and headlining act Deep Purple) and this for 40 German Marks; those were the days....
