@BlueThor1 I'd personally say the emx is better for making trance because the esx is more a sampler then anything else.

certainly not drum and bass, but sounds similar to old skool atmospheric jungle. The thing with drum and bass is, you have to have listened to it for years to understand how to produce it properly. Otherwise it sounds like this. To the layman this will sound amazing, but to someone who has listened to hardcore breakbeat

Ciao, il Kaoss pad dovrebbe essere un modulo con effetti da mettere prima del'uscita finale al mixer. Effetti divertenti da usare con il touch screen :)

hey nice job. I just got an emx1 and am loving it. So do you use that midi controller keyboard to lay down the synth tracks? I don't like using the "piano keys" on the electribe. Just wondering how you lay down your parts and trying to gain some insight. Again, fantastic tune. It got me grooving.

Well one is an EMX the other is an ESX.

EMX = Synth

ESX = Sampler

got an emx just bought an esx trying to sync them together. em is int (midi out), es is ext (midi in) and i have the audio coming out of the esx. its not working rite can any 1 help?

Im ordering a EMX-1 soon, only cuase ill get confused with sampling on the ESX-1 . My freind has EMX-1 to and a electric violing, i play bass and will play EMX-1 to, eventualy with a KP3 aswell, i hope.

Anyway, sorry about that, im ordering one from US cuase its cheaper that way, i live in UK. I need to get a power converter since US uses different plugs. Anyone got any idea what kind of converter i need? like a specific watt or w.e .

The problem in using sample packs is that many people use them too!

ciao..senti è da poco ke mi sn appassionato al dnb..e vorrei saperne di più su qste 2 "macchine" xD nn so km kiamarle...suono la chitarra elettrica da 7 anni..e nn ne capisco mlto di questi strumenti...cmq km dicevo prima vorrei saperne di più..km si usano,ke differenza c'è tra quella blu e qll rossa..e il prezzo più o meno..aspetto una tua risp..grazie! =)

Sono 2 groovebox, anche se drum machine è forse il termine più usato in Italia. Queste in particolare sono della korg, sono molto diffuse perchè hanno una curva di apprendimento molto ridotta.

La blu è un synth con qualche suono di batteria già caricato in più, la rossa è un campionatore cioè i suoni li devi mettere tu. Per il prezzo conviene prenderle usate perchè nuove vanno dai 550 ai 750 euro. L'ho viste in giro a di più ma è un furto..

I have a pioneer DJM 400 and i have to turn the volume up on the tribes up really high,and when i do,there is distortion.

So i have to just use a mixing desk all the time,i would like to use the djm however.....

I have the electribe volume at max (tube gain at min).

I have no prob using a dj mixer. I paid it like 19 euro new.

Somethimes i use to mix different tracks for fun :D
