  • Crab Boil in liquid form is basically liquid cayenne pepper. Adds alittle spice to the mash potatoes. Thanks!

    I have also seen some people make mashed potatoes and then put cheese on top and bake them in an oven in a glass rectangle baking dish,

  • Please do a tutorial on gravy, please!! I have such a hard time!!Thank you, and I love your recipes!! Gravy is just so hard to master, with getting the oil and flour right, I just end up buying a jar of gravy and doctoring it up, please help, I hear you can use meat drippings also? It's cold in Chicago , I really love my comfort food of mashed pot. and gravy, and meatloaf:) Happy Holidays!!

  • How we do gravy, it's pretty easy. take your meat drippings and boil it on the stove... in a coffee cup or bowl, mix together corn starch and water, enough water so the corn starch disolves. then pour it little by little into the boiling drippings, stir constantly and in a few minutes you have perfect, thick gravy
