I connected my iPhone 4, and went to Apps. When I check "Sync Apps", it says "Are you sure you want to sync apps? All the existing apps and data on the iPhone "xxx" will be replaced with the apps in this iTunes library."

I am afraid saying "Yes" will replace ALL my current apps on my iPhone with ALL the apps on the iTunes library of my MacBook Pro!

I want to select apps from the iTunes library and for ONLY these apps to be transferred to my iPhone.

@JGBC888 there should be an option in itunes that lets you manage what content you want to put on your iphone. when you connect your iphone, click on the iphone icon in itunes. it should bring you to a screen where it shows you iphone software and memory, below the memory is an options menu. there should be an option to manage the files you want to put on your iphone.

even though appulos is gone you can still download it. Just go to 4shared.com and put the name of the file in the search bar, then download it, but MAKE SURE that at the end of the file name it has .IPA on it, and then download and save or open with itunes, Then just do the rest of the steps she said. Thiis is just to help you download the file Thumbs up so everyone can see!!
