I found it as track 3 on the single release of David Arnold's cover of Diamonds Are Forever in 1997, to coincide with his Shaken & Stirred concept album.

cool! i like that theme! its a shame the music wasnt long enough for the main theme to start on the gunshot

Well, it was actually longer, but because the Brosnan Gunbarrel is notably shorter and faster, I couldn't get the Bond melody in synch with the gunshot, whether it was fast or slow; so I settled on this compromise so it at least fits the gunbarrel sequence.
