While the 'common law' defence has always struck me as naive, it was a neat move to use it to get enough breathing space to establish that no-one else in the room had seen the man 'assault' the officer. It seemed to me, though, that when Raymond Stelair asked, at 7:37, 'Did any of these people see this man [shove?] this woman?', the crowd mostly seemed to shout 'Yes!', when I would have expected it was 'No!' from Raymond's reaction. Perhaps the 'Yes man' was just closest to the microphone...

Excellent Effort! People need to start banding in greater numbers to deliver the message to our oppressors that we are not their chattel property. However, using THEIR laws (even the Magna Carta) makes one accept ALL of their so-called laws as FACT, when in actual fact, all written law is dead law. To all the gullable people watching this video - 1. There is no such thing as a freeman in the UK. 2. They did not seize the Court, they tried to assault the Judge but he was protected by the Police. 3. A number of these people were arrested for the disorder they created. 4. A citizen can only make an arrest with the support of the police, for an indictable offence which they have seen that person commit. 5. The Judge adjourned the case and left the Court before these morons could get near him

@liveguy7 Then I suggest you re-do your homework, as you have a poor understanding of what a citizens arrest is. Without police involvement, a citizens arrest is meaningless. Atleast two were found guilty of disorder offences during this incident, one even went to jail. This is complete nonsense, and I'm disgusted that every single person involved was not found in contempt of Court.

@rmilrta go research. common law is way more potent and effective than you realise. you gotta remember most folk in UK only get as far as reading the sun, daily mirror, and daily mail. judges have been slapped on the ass long before this for being bent, swayed, or otherwise indisposed to wrongful judgments. and in common law cases its the people who challenge them. tho common law is under much pressure from corporate asslickers.
