Very interesting explanation of how body reacts when blood sugar is down and insuline high. In fact I know people with this disease and actually they need to eat at certain hours and be careful with the portions. Just one friendly correction: the suffix "-emia" means "in the blood", not a condition/pathology per se.
Apart from that, excellent information. I'm so happy you're getting out there (and on here) and educating people. Keep it up! :)
