  • @RFxVids baseball bat to my face = baseball bat rammed up your moms ass.

  • no projectors=d-bag=baseball bat to the headlights.

  • @Jx1x3 Baseball bat to the headlights=baseball bat to your face .

  • No projectors?

  • my hids use to flicker and turn off on right side.i installed a relay after that works perfect.

  • @MASISUSA1993 I didn't need a relay on mine. Just needed a new ballast.

  • If you have runing lights meaning that when you put your car in gear they automaticaly turn on you need a relay that convers the volts so they will be lowerd for the runing lamp that's why b4 you turn your headlights on they are not as bright hope this helped

  • wat with da music

  • Yep - Xentec HID kits are junk! See my video. I just replaced them with TRUSS HID's and am very satisfied!! Truss Video coming soon to show that there's no comparison!

  • it is a bad ballast bro!!

  • Its not a bad ballast, he just needs relay kits as the ballast is not getting enough power from the stock wiring.

  • u need a relay because of the draw of power being pulled trust me it happeneed to me until i bought relay

  • This Blue Led is very short of life span and is too bright for other driver, I have bought hand wind up battery charger with 3 leds lights torch and when goes very low and charging it and switch on poof! 1 led light gone kaput sound you do the same as the car. i rather keep cool white light is better

  • another whiner below me and i bet he high beams people like us too......didn't you ever learn not to look into the light?....lol i for one feel safer with these i can see so much better at night and since im not gonna blow 2000 etc. on hid assemblys..then....and im sure i speak for all reflector hid users here......deal with it....

  • hey fucktard....dont put hids in a reflector headlight...it just make u look like a douchebag that knows nothing about cars and likes to blind oncoming traffic...i hope ur shit breaks and u die

  • @twobimmers no it doesnt. If u adjust, the level the light, hits it looks nice. I have them and love them.

  • Some do not work with CANBUS and PWM systems, the car thinks the bulb has gone so switches off the power. It could also be the ballast, change them over. unfortunately on your car you will be stopped and might get a prohibition notice. HID are not legal if fitted in reflector headlight units. You are driving without insurance as your policy is invalidated. You risk being fined, getting points and going to court for driving with no insurance. If you had an accident you would be in prison...

  • soo my lights but only flick once and then turn off its always the rights side only any suggestions on how to fix? maybe that capacitor?

  • ur ballast is on its last legs; just order a new one

    preferably Phillips

  • replace with new AC ballast

  • aperently theres a thing called an anti flicker capacitor its suppose to stop flickerinjg by providing a stable 12v current or somthing like that not quite sure how it works:S

  • And this is why aftermarket HIDs blow.

  • haha that really sucks, if you bought your kit from hidkk.com

    you wouldnt have this problem

  • you just have a bad ground prob.

  • Can anyone help me with my HIDs on my Caddy?

Hids are on my high beams through the daytime running lamps so the hids will be on during the day.

But they wont come on by themselves. They only come on when I turn on my high beams. any help. it would be sooooooo much help

  • For anyone else with this problem, you might have to buy a capacitor and wire it into your wiring harness. That is what i had to do with mine.

  • its your ballast,if the bulb was bad it would not lite at all,and if the connection was nt right the bulb would have blown trust me its ur ballast

  • happens to me , my opinion , return to ur factory original halogen lights , better than waste time.

  • can a bad ballast drained the battery?

mine flickered on the passenger side then next day car couldn't start up

  • 80% of the time its the ballast, quickest way to figure it out is swap bulbs side to side and if the one from the other side does it, you have narrowed it down to the monkey proof installation or the ballast, look at the connection to see you got a good ground and power and you narrow it down further to the ballast

Just in case someone runs accross this problem, although I read that you have already determined its your ballast!!

  • i found the track onthe youtube database, i searched for 'mute'.

not sure about the brand, its off ebay.

  • What brand did you use?

  • how did you find this song i cant find it on lime wire nor imeem lol

but yea my hids flicker too not sure why

  • the problem was a bad ballast! replaced it with a new one and it all works fine now.

    please rate!

  • i think this is a correct solution, replace and test, maybe it work.

  • mines doing the same thing too for my fog lights but nice

  • just an update, i have replaced the stock 15a fuses with 30a fuses, still no fix...

  • yeah i did the same think i replaced my fuse with a 20a. im guessing its cuz its a bad ballast! and mine is the same side that dont work either.(right side.)

  • yup, it was a bad ballast for me.

    try swapping ballasts around.

  • well its cuz i dont have no relays on mine. and i seen other trucks like mine with them . so ill first buy the relays and if aint that then ill just swap the ballast

  • @teamkilo1 Odd fix but that worked for me to just the other day. Lol.

  • @DJDOMINATE00 I replaced my 10a fuse with a 20a fuse. The reason I did that, is cause my fuse was blowing here and there, right when I would turn the lights on. Would have used a 15a but couldn't find one. Still going to change though.
