The MD-80's do that all the time.. i bet it's some kind of altitude call from the autopilot. :)

@mrdogzankatz The buzzing noise indicates stabilizer trim motion. If the trim Stab trim setting moves more than a certain amount of units the buzz is accompanied by an aural voice advisory "Stabilizer Motion" gotta love the maddog and all the souds associated with it.
