I remember waking up in the 50's: my parents would have the "get up & go!" morning news running on the tv box (I never really understood why the show's title was in lowercase, but I guess it's kind of like e.e. cummings) and the coffee percolator would be boiling on the stove. My brother and I would crash on the divan and admire the commercials of companies that we knew would one day become big. This is as real as it gets, kiddos!

The original McDonald's did not have a dining room. You walked up, placed an order, and left with the "food". Later McDonalds did have a seating area but nothing like what is shown in this video.

The early McDonalds offered "a 3 course meal" for 47 cents consisting of a hamburger, fries, and a shake. They did not have a fish sandwich, or the cardboard containers, until much later. The commercial ends with the modern slogan.

So, this is not real.
