  • It'll be a long time before America's internet isn't crap. I'm okay because I live in the eastern suburbs, but some of the mid-west doesn't even have internet yet. It's hard to believe, but I've been there, and it's crazy how different it is.

  • They are going to make a wow monopoly game soon, just saying

  • @xXRohan16Xx What do you mean theyre not upgrading Australia's net? Theyre rolling out glass fiber as we speak..

  • This is exactly why I want to get off console gaming before I get raped by Microsoft holding a gaming market monopoly. PCs seem to be way ahead in online distribution. I'd rather be there than stuck in some crappy COD hellhole.

Also, PCs can have over 2TB hard drive space, which is perfect for games. If the consoles want to catch up then they better increase their hard drive sizes.

  • Love the fact that he is having a serious and thought out discussion about first person shooters and so on, and then a giant pink dildo appears on the screen...

  • @BrokenTwistedThumbs It was purple.... get yor facts right lol

  • but TB not all countrys that have gamers have good internet. many counties see america as better. so it would need to inprove on a world wide scale well before that happens. and if a country cant keep up with it will they go oh well screw you.

here in australia they dont want to improve it and have no plans to. if that happens in the next 10 years chances are that australia will be left out.

I honestly find this a bit selfish of you since you dont consider the "porer" countries.

  • @xXRohan16Xx I doubt it, game devs want thne maximum sales and so do the game companies and sales. They would rather have disc based operation of sale to maximise their potential customers rather than cut them off with just a digital distribution. Hopefully consoles will have the capacity to do both for the next few generations until virtually everyone uses digital distribution, either from their own personal preference or their respective countries upgrading their internet service.

  • @xXRohan16Xx Although if they can get more money with less customers by using digital distribution then they probably would cut off those with terrible internet.

  • TB,

Why do you put classical music in every car? Not that I don't like classical, I love it, but why do you do it? I've heard that playing classical or relaxing music while playing games helps the brain "release" itself and help you concentrate on the game, thus giving a better gameplay. Is that the reason?

  • @UraeusAnkhAmon He does it to avoid people suing him for playing licenced music within the game.

  • @ChromaAurora Classical music is also licenced, hence the very long acknowledgement in the classical music department. Besides when you buy the game you also buy the licence to play it.

  • @UraeusAnkhAmon I'm going to check, because I'm not calling you a liar or anything, but I don't think anything 'classical' is actually owned by anyone, kind of like 'It's a Small World After All'

If you find out who owns copyright on any classic music such as Beethoven and Mozart pieces, then I'd be interested to know.

  • @ChromaAurora Well on my iPad I have something of the courtesy of: London Symphony Orchestra and Köln Chamber Orchestra, along with the Southwest German Radio Symphony Orchestra.

  • The ending was awesome

  • The end was EPIC lol

  • @jaymie8266 I don't mean occasionally. I mean almost all the time. Personally I believe controller vs keyboard is a personal preference.

  • Omg Starcraft heart of the swarm is 60 dollars! Whatever will we do?

Seriously though, stop complaining about it. Australians have to pay 100 dollars for Starcraft 2. And that is a standard price for every game that comes out over here!

  • I'm guessing mole hasn't served thus is like one of the flight sim boys were they comment on things they don't know nothing about.

  • I love that new plasticky smell you get when you open up a game's case for the first time

  • I love how in an ambulance you nudge one tiny car and it almost drives you off of the side.

  • I don't know TB.... i've pulled off some pretty sick shots with my trusty xbox controller. I'll take your word for it though.

  • Seems like they're doing some bs black friday deal to try to distract all of their angry followers from the fact that they're charging $60 for a frelling expansion pack. Just going to pirate the thing for the zerg campaign I'm not wasting $60 just for a couple new units.

  • i personally have shti all internet and am not willing to sit around my computer for the next 6 hours while i wait....that being said if it became a thing with consoles than hell yeah! i hate having to spend the next week and waste gas looking for a certaint game at a good price at 20 diffrent stores.

  • yaaa a video on my birthday!!!

  • I do completely agree steam has a massive market share and it is a negative thing, however if there was any company that still offers a good service its them.

    Magicka for 1.75£ I mean cmon!! ^-^

  • @itsthedark Origin is scum. It is a trojan.

  • unreal tournament 2004 was the best shooter ever hands down

  • Are you fu**ing kidding? You think that the American Internet infrastructure is fu**ed up?! You think that the American Internet is slow and poorly structured? I don't mean to be an ass-hole but I'm just tired of you always complaining about how crappy, sloppy and unoriginal you think America is. At this point, you just sound like an America disliking troll. Btw: I love your YouTube channel -3 big fan

  • @MrMcGamerPRO

    calm down...

its a fact that america has bad internet. they dont have full glassfiber cables yet while Europe has. look up the list of countries with the best internet before going mad.

  • @lxxNessYxxl also the US is much bigger so it would take longer and cost more to cover the entirty

  • @valeforj

    doesnt really make a diff...

europe is bigger than the us

  • @MrMcGamerPRO You're argueing with cold hard facts, you dumb fucking moron.

  • @MrMcGamerPRO cool story

  • @MrMcGamerPRO But it's true? The US has dreadful internet.

  • @MrMcGamerPRO Yeah btw America has rubbish internet, so does brittian, he never said anydifferent, although America is even worse in places, plus there are alot of reasons to hate America, same with any country, but America alot, but most people look past that, but what you are doing here is being a bit on the idioitic side just by saying "you just sound like an America disliking troll" the fact is he never said anything against America, just it has bad internet, that is stupid.

  • @MrMcGamerPRO but bro, america IS unoriginal....

  • Steam on consoles would be an amazing idea <3 would take a lot to work it out but id love to be able to play steam games without needing my entire computer

  • LOLZ at the end!!! 15:00 or so...

  • I'm getting 500mbps for $250 a month with a 5gb qutoa ._____.

  • nice stun gun you got there

  • lol 5:20 "The Blue Danube"

  • And if not how can you comment on something you haven't experienced yourself in the forces once you have had military training can you apply this to reviews

  • Quick question.all those who critisise that military shooters are not realistic how many of you gamers have served in the milatary

  • @Botchaser okay please tell us what aspects of cod or bf3 are remotly realistic aside from the real life guns?

  • love to eat Pizza and watch your mailbox :D its like a good movie :D

  • Overture to William Tell FTW!!!

  • BeGone, from Nplay. Great example of an indie fps, but playable via browser.

  • Mozart in background? :P TB you never disappoint me

  • dont think we are going to improve our internets infrastructure any time soon. Some people are actually trying to get the internet censored right now =\

  • @TheIgnorantBastrd americans can always count on them for being weak ass pussy fucks

  • Blizzard actually did an unblizzard thing and "boxed" TBC with Vanilla... so now you just have to buy vanilla, wotlk and cata... I imagine that when the panda expansion is released wotlk will be merged similarly.

  • How long I can press the "like" button before I get banned from EA, STEAM, YOUTUBE, MICROSOF ?

  • Arma 2 is pro

  • i love discs for my games

i dont think retail will ever dissapear

  • Best sign off ever!

  • i honestly hope they dont get rid of disk based game retail, the feeling of holding a new game or dvd box in your had and taking out the shiny new disk just has no comparrison feeling. anyone agree ?

  • @stefantom4

Although I agree with you on that actually holding a new game disk feels a lot better than just downloading a game, I still kinda hope that disk based retail goes away. Mainly because it costs a lot of money for game companies to manufacture the disk/disk case and costs a lot to ship said games to stores. Also, there would be pretty much no money lost from used game sales as there is no way to buy the game used. I just hope that games will cost less because of this.

  • @EpicVonepicness yeah... it wont cost less for us :P just for the companies

  • @EpicVonepicness true true but is that really a bad thing ? lol companies wouldnt need to worry about retail thus not worrying about half their problems, companies may start produsing way too many games and start geting repetitive. not all companies do this but it could be a problem, after all we are talking hipathetically but if retail goes away shelf space wouldnt be a problem so releasing games would be too easy i think.

  • @stefantom4 I prefer the feeling of downloading and playing a game almost instantly without any issues, as opposed to going to a store to see if they have any in stock, or my pre-order falling through, or my delivery not turning up on the right day.

  • @stefantom4 I dissagree, its not just about the feeling, getting rid of the retail disk-based games would be enviromentally friendly, would lower game prices a lot (see STEAM), would lower risk of piracy, would eliminate need for shelf space, would stop stuff like gamestop from ripping you off.

  • @stefantom4 I agree, much better to have the physical product.

  • @stefantom4 Look at the current market for digital retail. A lot of distributors will send you physical goodies when you make a purchase. I believe that is where retail will move to.

  • @stefantom4 i prefer to have a physical copy of any game on me as well...just that extra little security in case my pc crashes or something

  • @stefantom4 as TB said , its inevitable that digital distribution will take over ...the question is only how long will it take... having something "shiny" in your hand and enjoying it for 5 seconds is not worth all the benefits digital distrib. would give the gaming industry and thus the gamers themselves

danielkronos already listed some of those benefits a few comments back...

  • @stefantom4 pluse soon games will take 50+ gbs to make and what computer will have a memory to support the 200 games that people will buy

  • What about crysis 2

  • the willhelm tell overure at the end was EPIC :)

  • I approve of the TF2 reference.

  • @WinterF3I I think I'm moving to Sweden lol

  • @scrnscoff How do you know? Were you in the army? If not, you have no idea if it's realistic, and your argument is 100% invalid

  • imho, the Wii U should go with steam!

  • greet video as usually and nice little bonus clip, you rock TB

  • I turned off aim assist in halo 2 and at one point was popping heads pretty fast with a controller, i used to swipe across peoples heads so the timing of my shot was more important than dropping the cursor in a specific place. Just saying..

  • Anyone know if the PC version is a good port?

  • @Keirnoth Its not a port, and yes SR3 is very good on pc

  • If USA's internet sucks than Brazil's internet is a vacuum cleaner, I say that from my own experience.

  • with 3 different consoles even if the console companies own their digital distributions to themselves ti is still not a monopoly because you can always get a different console. There is still incentive to stay competitively priced.

  • heyy bf is a very realistic game that is all

  • @enterpriseC14 Too bad the internet that you do get within the cities is absolutely terrible compared to some other countries.

  • Lol

  • TB you don't have to keep changing the racio sation to classic, just go in to the radio menu and turn all the other radio stations off, that way radio's will automatically switch to Classic.

  • lol the end ^^ so good :D

  • It's weird to listen to a Brit talking about shitty Internet while murdering people in a game, and with songs such as Eine Kleine Nachtmusik in the background ^^

  • Origin is flipping terrible...

  • "Do not jump the GUN" *at that very moment, SR3 gameplay shows car making a jump*

  • I love how every time TB gets in a car he changes the radio to Classic!

  • You can't call Saints Row gta like, gta is stories of emos that don't want to fight, but needs to anyway.

Saints Row is just random awesomeness :)

  • Hay the United States dose have grate Internet. If you live in a city, or some were Time Warner, or the other Internet Cable Companies can get to you. But if your the other 50% that do not live in a City. Forget about it....

  • The reason why indie developers do not develop many first person shooters is because first person shooters require high quality graphics and many people that play shooters also care too much about graphics.

From top perspective an object is of good quality of 64x64 pixels but a first person shooter requires too be of good quality from all sides, perspectives and ranges.

  • Teh game.

  • i live in telford :)

  • $60 for and expansion pack i hear you say...

    ...*cough* MW3

  • @smck98 there are enough fools out there who would buy it.

  • Bad internets you say?

Well come on over to Sweden, now with 200 mb/s to over 2 milion households!

  • @WinterF3l Believe me, I'm already on my way.

  • @WinterF3l yeah because our government doesn't care, all they care about is money for themselves.

  • @WinterF3l :)

  • @WinterF3l Omfg,i have 10 mb/s ...

  • @WinterF3l 2.1 mb/s at max over here..

  • @WinterF3l *cough*socialist*cough*

  • @mdtwiztid *cough* idea stolen from top comment *cough*

  • @WinterF3l And still i can't get over 10 mb/s where i live xD .... And i live in sweden... Next to Sandvik... Which has the backbone of fiber of where i live... Yeah...

  • @WinterF3l so basically... everyone in sweden has access to 200mb/s ? :D

  • @PsychoPath89

i do belive that there are over 5 million people in sweeden but yeah.... basicly

  • @WinterF3l fuck you

  • @WinterF3l serious? i get 65 and that was the new "amazing internet". it costs so much and its less than a third of yours. sadface.

  • @Locky157 Ya its like that in Sweden, even in Finland we have almost as good, tho i have 1Gig connection due to my work :>

  • @WinterF3l in Norway were i live it's 12 kb/s -.-

  • @WinterF3l Damn you Swedes and your well-managed infrastructure!

  • TB our internet in the UK isnt exacly good either :P

  • the ending was pure WIN

  • See you got the radio working.

  • 12:51 can anyone tell me what the name of that composition is?

  • thats coz america is too fucked up to even give a shit aout their internet. They need to reduce the amount of religion and poverty first.

  • Great point on the last question. If one company ran the digital distribution for consoles, then they can price games at whatever they want, with no worries about cheaper competition.

  • Bad internet? try dutch connections.. 120Mbit lololol

  • @Deiphobuzz That really depends on the provider. If you use UPC your internet will somehow become slower sometimes then you ordered. Though if you're lucky it work just fine.

120Mb is a lot though. Nothing to complain about anyway...

  • @iShitOnCampers Also depends where you live. I live very close to where the internet is 'distributed', the spot where all the wires go to the houses. The further you live away, the worse your internet is. My neighbour, who lives like 200metres further away has like 5-10mb less. Though I live in Holland so I guess thats better than America anyway.

  • @iShitOnCampers

I guess sarcasm is hard on the internet. UPC sucks yes, get Ziggo ;-)

  • stfu noobs you don't know what bad internet is..I have 256kb/s dl and that's the fastest internet here

  • Heh heh... TB said "wee store"!

  • @ginx2666 nehehe, dude, he totally did :P

  • omg quality, non inflamitory 1st question

  • if American internet is bad, then that makes Australian internet = over 9000 times worse?

  • @FinalSyncify

With Bigpond Cable I get 100mbps

  • Australia has the 26th fastest internet in the world

  • Yeah U.S. internet is garbage, some companies are trying to fix that. And in a city like mine, companies who enjoy their monopolies over the area prevent those smart companies looking to advance our internet infrastructure from doing what they should so that they can try and do the same thing at a later date and keep all the money for themselves once it is finally established. This is a sad and pathetic place, as you can see.

  • ugh stupid american internetz i wish it was better.

  • @claytor22 Lol try my Algerian Internet then, oh wait.... it's actually pretty good. Sorry. xDD

  • Am i the only one that really enjoyed the classic music?

  • @Artemesis92 No, I laughed my ass off listening to Ride of the Valkyries during Tank Mayhem.

  • 13:10 - 13:11 Random floating eyeballs. :O

  • Try living in the Caribbean. The highest internet speed here is 50 kb/s if your lucky.

  • @jacilony The best I'm paying for is 3.5 MB/s in Florida, but in my area I can get some epic 24 MB/s AT&T internet for 60 bucks a month... My internet WAS 50 KB/s before I got it upgraded.

  • CSS FTW!!!!!!!!

  • Lol i'd kill for US internet, the net in Aus is so much worse...

  • @TheBigcowpat I see some fibre cables growing on the power poles near my suburb :D

  • @MegaLabradoodle Lol i'm not even close to that, my area i can only get ADSL1 absolute max

  • @TheBigcowpat ouch! here have some bandwidth :D

  • @TheSivver Yeah we are so extremly handicapped in Denmark, we only have the 9th fastest internet in the world... As a Dane living in a major city with a 100Mbps connection i can't complain.

  • I do not like Saints Row

watching this is uncomfortable, though listening is as pleasant as ever :D

  • @Peopie9 I agree.

  • 1:59 .....what just happened

  • Too bad the big open landscapes of Tribes negate any sense of speed you would feel when compared to going 200km in a built up area. Furthermore, they already did Arma on console, the original OpFlashpoint was on XBox and they made those two sequels recently. So it is possible and playable.

  • @ThisVideoAnnoyedMe Yes but that was Cold War Crisis, the islands were around 100km, Arma2's are 200 and Arma3 is at least 300km. Content and detail were also lower as were texture sizes, squad control and so on. While the graphics may not be up to par as say battlefield 3, it has far more going on behind the scenes. The gap between OFP and Arma2-3 is a huge one to say the least..and I can't see them bringing that to this generation of consoles.

  • hey TB can you do a review of skyrim??

or better yet a WTF! of skyrim!?! that would be fucking dope you fucking cynical fucking brit.

  • @Trez0r he has stated he wont be "jumping on the band wagon" of skyrim he will not be making any videos of skyrim other then the random maybe mailbox video (one of which he has made)

  • @Trez0r checkout his latest mail box there is your answer

  • lol blizzard keeping their word ya that worked out well with cata

  • About the amazon pre-order price on Heart of the Swarm, isn't it possible blizzard will have tiered pricing for it?

    $60 for a stand-alone version

$30/$40 for an expansion for those who own Wings of liberty

    Just a guess

  • tb driving on the left side oftheroad in an american video game :D

  • @TheMacropolis I think he was trying to get respect for with the oncoming bonus.

  • @TheMacropolis And in the WTF is? he was getting into the vehicles on the right hand side, where the steering wheel would be in a British (or Australian) car.

  • lol a dildo weapon xD

  • @AltimotionPictures Purplish kinky death... The way I want to go

  • what is the classical song at the end? like the race-horse type song? i've never known the name..

  • @Xoncrith I believe that it's the William Tell Overture.

  • the thing is that there will always be disks some people want to snuggle with their game :D

  • The problem with offering different services on consoles is players won't be able to play against other players if their not using the same service also having multiple gaming services on a games console can be confusing for people. Right now it's so easy, you have a Xbox 360 you're using live, PS3 is PSN and with the Wii you're using some crap online thing. A console is not a PC and shouldn't be treated like 1.

  • Hey! Our Internet doesn't suck! It's... handicapped!

  • you know if America's military invented the internet then why does our infrastructure suck =/

  • 1:30 the answer is hats.

  • TB you're pretty much wrong about pad vs mouse/keyboard. It is EASIER to be more accurate on a PC set up to be sure, but it doesn't offer greater potential accuracy than a thumb stick and pad. It just requires much more skill on a pad to be a similar level of accuracy as the mouse counterpart.

  • @hashhy100 not at all true. Think about it mice have accurate DPI precission and a large space in which to move around. In order for game pads to be fast enough to even move they have to sacrifice precision for pace

  • @hashhy100 Yeah I agree. It's very hard to master thumb sticks for efficient use. But it doesn't erase the fact that even a bad mouse player would beat a pro thumb stick user into a pulp in an fps.

  • @Chumppi

ISo you're saying that, if I was given a good gaming computer, a good keyboard and mouse andplayed against an MLG player who was using a pad, both of us thrust into a game we know nothing about, I would win?

  • @Tuxedo030 That completely depends what you consider as bad. I consider the general gamer(most of them) who plays modern warfare or battlefield 3 as bad. I'm not talking about someone grandpa who has once in his life touched a mouse.
