Keep watching and you can see the vehicle parking and yet another car swerving around, but not have to come all the way into the other lane. Unless you're a trained medical professional you should not attempt to "help" someone who has been injured in this manner. Moving them could harm them further or possibly paralyze them. The witnesses obviously called for help, which is what you should do.

ko12864, thats what I thought at first, but if you notice, there was a vehicle slowing down, so the other 2 cars swerved into the wrong lane, where he was hit. Keep watching and you can see the vehicle parking and yet another car swerving around, but not have to come all the way into the other lane. Everyone is in too big of a hurry these days for no reason other than to be in a hurry to get nowhere.

agreed that an injured person shouldn't be moved lest he gets paralyzed, but a protective area should've been created at least by the people/cars that witnessed, especially the slow-driving mope (who ended up leaving after pulling over, watch him) that caused the two first cars to pass him in the 1st place. in vancouver there's a strip of w. broadway where fgts don't even bother pulling right to pick ppl up, they just stop in the middle lane, then get mad when ppl honk/nearly hit them. hate em!

Unless you're a trained medical professional you should not attempt to "help" someone who has been injured in this manner. Moving them could harm them further or possibly paralyze them. The witnesses obviously called for help, which is what you should do.

One of the problems today is people are affraid to help because criminals use all kinds of tactics.
