Why does "Israel" refuse to comply with the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Agreement? Only four nations in the world are not signatories to this agreement... North Korea, "Israel", India, and Pakistan. All but North Korea are supposedly our "allies". Even Iran signed it many years ago and yet they get all the shit for wanting to develop civillian nuke energy.
