Why is it that almost eveyone ignores how damned brilliant Vincent D'Onofrio is in this film? He was both terrifying and heartbreaking since he was able to the near impossible and show the damaged child inside of the monster the man became. Vince Vaughn was excellent too, I won't say the story was perfect but I'll stand by my words that the two Vincents were both great each in their own way.
