When I buy songs, I buy it for the voice, the mood, the way it changes and moves my soul. Therefore, that is why I will always replay Whitney music. Here she says that she respects Madonna and on another video she says when asked about Madonna's outfits, the controversy and how she would explain it to her daughter (ie the cone bras) that it's "just an image". Clearly you have a very biased view about Madonna not based on facts, Madonna has sung live loads of times and mostly does at her concerts.

As for Madonna "only being good and selling sex and controversy", what about male performers who have been overtly sexual? They don't get the flack Madonna gets.
