do we really have to fight? hehe, he's the man. absolutely love "some like it dread" off this album, and "marcus garvey dread". "certain place on king street they said would be a car-park, so it is baby!" - LOL!! <3 big youth. toasting!
I brought the Lp of this great artist when i was about 13 and now have it on cd.I am now 46. Big youth has to be one of the best and original reagae singers going i love his music. Oh and by the way i am white so it shows how good he is.
When I was 14, I spent about the first eight months of 1976 in my bedroom listening that over and over again, along with I. Roy :"Truths and Rights," and "Natty Cultural Dread," "Dread in a Babylon," etc.
I still think that '75/'76 was the golden period for dub/rggae/toasting records.
