Ok, I probably should have been much much clearer on the description, but it's not really supposed to be Blues himself. It's supposed to be Rockman wearing Blues' helmet and using his shield.
I kinda stopped working on this in favor of my Maverick Hunter EVA mod. I posted up the file for this on a thread regarding modding this game on a site called Rockman Perfect Memories. Go look for it there.
oh IC. well, just know that I am WAY over excited about this project. (been waiting on one since '96 lol). do you have a website where I can be kept up to date on its progress or is this youtube what you prefer?

You should make ProtoMan appear as an "assistant", a bit like is shown here, but getting rid of model A.
