Very slow, my stock gtp would walk all over that.. i have a 93 ex coupe with the d16z6, looking at turbo, already have low compression kit, just tryin to decide what turbo setup i wanna do.. definitly will be faster then yours.. not a bad 0-100 but slow from there on..

@philyphil2c ok i check your ride ;) ..my d16y7 was rebuild ..and a new D16z6 fully built was comming in the civic whit 360ps and 400Nm ...he was verry fast..now we replaced the D16z6 vs a B18c6 fully built :D and around 500-550 ps..comming soon next summer...

my civic is a 1994 ex sedan and its this fast without a turbo...seems like something is up here...even with stock internals you should be pushing around 200 whp easy from what i've researched
Der civic hat nun nicht mehr 193PS sondern was um die 300PS!!! und fährt nicht mehr mit 0,45bar sondern 0,9-1bar ..und ist auch STock vom Motor her..daher denke ich nicht mehr das deiner sehr viel schneller sein wird :P
umm dipshit get your facts rite the dx model came with a 1.5 non vtec the ex models came with the d16z6 a single cam vtec motor soo why dont you go comment on minivan races that sounds more like your sport
and woobieman, your wrong also, and i dont care how long ago you posted that, but hopefully by now you know your shit. 96-00 civics dont come with d16z6. in the U.S. they come as D16y5, Y7, and Y8. the 96-00 JDM hatchbacks that come as single cam motors are, .D13b, D15b, and D16a.
if u pause the video at the 1st second you can see its a sohc vtec, because the spark plug wires are at the front of the valve cover not the back. Unless he pulled the vtec solenoid, but if its working then there's no reason to do so
ko 96 98 civic dx cx lx ex all come with a single cam vtec d16 the only differnts is that the d16y8 intake manifold is like a b16 os si and a cx dx lx the manifold come stright up.

another thing flipmaster the b16 is about 160 to 170 hp depending on a1 or a2 or if its a non vtec the h22a or k20a are 200+ HP
