Also... u notice that every shinigami says a word or phrase b4 the name..whats Zangetsu's is it all that stuff he was saying b4 he said "Shout my name is Zangetsu" ?? cuz thats ALOT and i would understand why ichigo never left shikai. even tho it would kinda be epic the first couple times if he fought with his sealed sword in a fight then went shikai still getting beat then went bankai..then aizen stepped on him..and hes dead..the hollow ichi gains full control!! And Kyraoku's ( ya im spelling his name wrong to lazy to look it up :P) shikai is a game he calls a color. and u can only attack that color on ur opponent. and the color u call makes the attack more powerful the more of that color u r wearing.. confusing but cool i guess.. wonders how the game will be in his bankai tho..Like Chess? who knows..

Also Jushiro and Kyraoku (however u spell his name guy in pink) shikais r pretty beastly.. Jushiro (guy with long white hair not Toshiro but Jushiro) his shikai absorbs the enemys attack and redirects it at the enemy but he doesnt control it its as long as the rope and tags the tags increase power.

Kenpachi's zanpakuto is always in it's release (just like ichigo's, in fact they are the only two that are like this in the series). It would seem that he (like ichigo) has a high amount of reiatsu so maybe they have to be that way. Maybe Zaraki's zanpakuto was activated by luck before the series began, though it never really specifies why his zanpakuto is always in it's release form.
