i think sceptile will be best one if u need to put leech seed fast there but torterra is recommended too cause it has good defences and attack. It can also be "weak" wall. Normally wall has better defences.

I think Breloom cuz it gets additional hp of poison and since u set up ur subs the leech and poison heals while u do ur other stuff so ur breloom pretty much healed most of time but the speed might not outpseed all

depends on what you want: a 'trickster' class that can use it quickly and give speedy retreat (Septile/ Jumpluff). Or a noble tank that can lay down the trap and then support a long siege(Fluffy). Also I won't hack, so you basically could make whatever you like regardless of my adivse.

The reason for no 252 Spe is because your not gonna need it, you just need 362+ to outspeed non scarf Timid Starmie by 1 my new one has that, and the reason I have focus Punch is because it does a lot of help and kills blissey. I've never really seen how to use Bulky Sceptile. Also I wasted 6 evs into HP when I could have put 28 Iv's instead for sub x4 with 2 HP left. Otherwise out of what you've said I'd have timid Sceptile.

Sorry, but I don't really understand that, the Sceptile I just suggested was my OWN reccomendation for a Sceptile, yes, I do believe with a timid nature, 166 Speed would outspeed a Timid Starmie, however the HP ev SHOULD allow it to take an ice beam. And in my opnion, Sub-seeders should be able to take a hit or two, so the HP ev's really help on a subseeder. Also, I didn't factor in blissey because no Sceptile should be attempting to kill a blissey. Leave that to a Machamp or something.

i would go with torterra mainly because it can deal out alot of damage while sapping it away from opponets and it has best defense and hp out of all your picks.the only thing bad about it is the fact that it is really slow. i would mainly watch out from meta with ice punch.
