Yes, I was fortunate enough to read that study. Not that I needed a collegiate case study to tell me that conservatives don't understand satire; but wildly entertaining none the less. Redstaters just don't have a sense of humor. Being a conservaboob requires a low level of intelligence, or a high level of wealth and social status. Comedy is about being able to laugh at yourself and admit your own flaws. Conservatives cannot do this. They take themselves way too seriously.
