  • What is the difference between flexing your foot and pointing it during the hamstring stretch? Because when I flex it, I feel it in the calves and when I point it I feel it more in the back of my leg. Which one should help me more with my hamstrings?

    Most people should go with heel pointed. Only certain activities require toes pointed in their training.

  • @ProjectElasticSteel I take Karate, for example, should I stretch with my heels pointed forward, or flexed to the ceiling?

    You can do both, but place the accent on toes pulled back.
