Hey when you get into fiberglassing it you should start to post step as you go along so we can see how its coming along it looks great you did a fantastic job
thanks alot for the encouraging comments. I plan to document the entire process with pics and video and your timing couldn't be better be cause I just got my shipment of fiberglass and resin so the process should begin in a few more weeks I have to do some test peices so I look a little like I know what I'm doing. I did get some tweeks done this weekend that I think help the design
The headlights are from a 02 toyota celica and the taillights are from 07 ford expedition turned side ways, wanted to use jeep cherokee for the tails but they weren't available at the time. these were the next best thing
I tried hot glue first but you applied any kind of pressure or stress to the peice it would come apart so I ended up using contact cement. It means you have to be certain you have the peices the way you want because once they touch thats it!!!!

if you want the doors to slide up just put a counter weight and a latch so when you open it, it will open up;)

Hmm, question:
Is it actually possible to use a cardboard car body on a real car, I'm just curious and willing to know... *Whirr*
Great job by the way! :D *Click*
