sure, it's the same lyrics all over and over again, and her and sean's voice are electronized, but if you want to break into a pop market, you go for the most popular and fashionable thing at the moment..which happens to be electronized voice.

It failed because the genre was "experimental" in which majority of American listeners didn't care so much for. Secondly Island Def Jam didn't do their part to promote it like they should have.
