After doing lots of research and watching your video, I bought the Mia and used it for the first time today. I do love the way my skin looks and feels, but I am a very, very hardcore skeptic, and therefore the real test will be how long the effects last in week 1, then in month 1. First test: does my face get oily by 1pm? If not, pass. Wait for 1st week: is my face still not getting oily by 1pm? Ok great, then in at the end of the month I'll see if my face is still not getting oily by 1pm.

A good alternative, a baby hair brush! I'm not kidding! I got the idea when I saw a facial brush on coastal scents. It was out of stock at the time so I just tried something I already had several of at home being a mom of two. My skin has never looked and felt so good! I highly reccomend it!!!!!

Hey Elle you need to be careful that you aren't overdoing the exfoliation ok? You really should only exfoliate your face 1-3x a week. If you overdo it it will cause your skin to thin and as your skin will naturally thin with age this could cause a problem. Just giving you a heads up!

yes ihave sensitive skin and i use it. when you order you get to choose what type of brush head you want, they make it for sensative skin, normal, and dry or something like that. you the brush heads are like $25 and you have to replace maybe ever couple months...but you also get another free one that you can order. its great!

i realized you siad that lotions obsorbed better, and i found it from this dead sea thing, they have the little stands in mall with people always trying to talk to you. its becuase there are two layers of dead skin underneath the surface. and when you massage the skin basically with that thing, its pulls the dead skin to the top and gets rid of it, so that ur skin will take lotions better, they have this cream that works amazingly. i seriously think that you should try it.

Do some reading on pH diet. No matter what anyone tells you, diet is crucial. You need to cut out all sodas and fried foods and drink a lot of water. Also bee pollen is good to take. I dealt with acne for years under a doctors care and as soon as I drastically changed my diet I quite all medications and never had another breakout until I started eating badly again.

i had a clarisonic for about six months and then sent it back when i started using lush. it's sort of overhyped, if you wash your face thoroughly enough you shouldn't really need it, especially for the price.
