Thanks, I clean my track with an HO track cleaning car with a pad that gets wet with cleaning solution. I run it about once every 3-months. In between I use a graphite stick (from an art store) and rub graphite on to the track where I can reach. The train does the rest. The graphite mixes with the future dirt and actually conducts electricity. I rarely have problems with electrical conductivity.
Wondrous stuff. how do you clean your track. Some of it has to be out of easy reach? I can only stand back and admire such great creativity. Green with envy !!
