The diet argument (that AA's eat higher salt foods) is more convincing.

Quit eating so much salt and you'll be fine, whatever your color.

    Stop being a salty-racist, sir.

  • @ojoreakatheoj , Well I don't understand because I never add any table salt to my food. I guess there is too much salt in many of the processed foods I eat. And I do eat at restaurants a lot. But what will flush it out? A higher intake of water?

  • @ojoreakatheoj , he's not being racist. He's going by statistics. AA's have something called sickle cell. This is not always a serious disease like sickle cell anemia, but it can mean that the blood cells are shaped differently affecting blood circulation problems

  • @BlogShag The "salty-racist" part was a joke. Sorry for my bad humor XD.

  • its funny for some reason that the woman shown eating had a glass of wine? in one hand and a ciggarette in the other jees. Fuck ciggarette's!

  • The doctor is not saying you should completely remove salt from your diet, he says for you to take no more than 2.3 grams of salt per day. He tells us to be careful with products in the supermarket that have too much salt and can get you sick. Eating 2.3 grams a day will ensure you have a healthy heart.

  • one of the first sign of lack of salt is irregular hearth beat, allergy/runny nose. you should check web site that list the desease that lack of salt causes

  • thanks for posting that. i am sick of this shit, everybody saying "salt is bad" and cutting it all out of their diet. the answer is moderation
