i dont understand it says the sky temple required ten keys but you only have to find nine? anyone know why

One was already at the Sky Temple, only one Luminoth made it there with a key, and he pretty much died there on the spot. The other nine died scattered throughout the world and so you have to find them, take their keys and bring them back.

it's supposed to, the final boss scans are the last 4 percent, and I showed them off on 77A
